While turning pages of today’s newspaper found a surprising news article on Uttar Pradesh Administration has began the Paid separate housing facility in Uttar Pradesh’s district Gautam Budh Nagar from 5th April, 2020.

 

District Administration of Gautam Budh Nagar has already several 5-star and 3-star hotels in Noida and Greater Noida. On this, District Magistrate of GBN says that that those sending in a separate residence will be asked if they want to stay in hotels? After this they will be able to be kept here.

The charges per day for a room of a five-star hotel is Rs 2500. The accommodation includes a simple three-time meal. Interested person can avail the paid segregated habitat (paid quarantine) facility.

 

As per the report from the District Administration, more than 1200 beds are available to keep suspected patients in a separate residence. This capacity is being further enhanced.

This is very surprising case from Belgium where a cat is found to be infected with coronavirus getting it from her owner. Actually the cat’s mistress was also infected with the corona virus a week ago. It is believed that the cat may have passed the virus through his mistress. After a week, the cat started showing symptoms of diarrhea and breathing issue, later doctors identified cat has Covid-19 in her feces. Because a week later the cat has also been found to be infected with the virus. This in itself is the first case.

Doctors and researchers state that this is not very common about human-to-animal transmission. The risk is vert low. So there is no need to panic.

Earlier, symptoms of corona virus were found in the dog, after which he was tested and the report came positive. The virus in this dog came from the mistress who was discharged from the hospital after treatment. The dog was later killed.

The report states that Digital Media has taken place of Filmed Entertainment and has become 3rd Largest segment in the sector.

 

However, TV and Print shows shows same position on the trajectory. The reason behind is the massive penetration of digital media their business models which is a subscription based. Whereby, consumers has full liberty to choose what they wish to watch and what time. This mechanism has given extended freedom which is reason for the growth in this segment.

4. Introduce mobile journalism where necessary.
5. Protect your family, use sanitizer before entering your home.
6. If you are interviewing someone who is suffering from corona then use skype for this. It is not right to meet that person himself.
7. Avoid using public transport and use personal vehicles.
8. Go with a mask in the crowd.
9. If you have any symptoms like fever, headache, inform the management immediately and seek medical help.
10. Repeatedly clean the premises including all public areas, newsrooms, production control rooms, server rooms, studios, corridors, lounges, canteens, receptions and toilets.
11. Provide separate gates for entry and exit.
12. Make a temperature check mandatory before entering the building.
13. The presence of employees in the office premises with cold, cough, fever and other symptoms should be zero.
14. Provide a mask for employees interacting with the public (guards, receptionists, etc.).
15. Arrange the sanitizer at the entry and exit points. Make it mandatory for anyone entering the campus.
16. Use zoom, video conferencing and other techniques for official conversations and meetings.
17. Create social distance and maximum distance between employees as per the guidelines of Ministry of Health / WHO.

The British newspaper The Guardian wrote that on the Prime Minister’s appeal, a population of 1.3 billion did not move out of homes to prevent the infection of Corona. Following the curfew, many states have announced a long-term lockdown.

The Russian media body wrote that a 14-hour voluntary curfew was imposed to fight Corona and spread awareness. The curfew also tested people’s social isolation and preparedness to live in the quarantine.

BBC headline

The London Media Institute BBC wrote that more than a billion people in the country followed the Janata curfew for 14 hours on Sunday. On the appeal of Prime Minister Modi, all the people cooperated in fighting the corona virus.

United Nation also tweeted about the Janata curfew. The United Nations tweeted that the country’s 1.2 billion population expressed gratitude for its silent hero. We salute the Corona warriors who have stood firm to fight this epidemic.
